Marc Lynn, a North Carolina native, joined The Rich Company after more than 25 years in the automotive service industry.  Marc relocated to Washington in 1992 and decided at that time Washington would become his “home”.  Marc has participated as a buyer or a seller in nearly 20 real estate transactions gaining valuable insight and a vast knowledge of real estate sales from both sides of the table. 

Marc’s 25 plus years in the service industry gives him a tremendous advantage in helping his customers reach their goals in real estate ownership.  Service is what Marc is all about.  He is very knowledgeable in the Washington/Beaufort County Real Estate market and stands ready to help you sell your existing property or locate the perfect property to fit all of your needs.

Marc loves boating and fishing on the Pamlico River.  Over the past 20 years he has also dedicated much of his time to The Make a Wish Foundation of Eastern NC, The Children’s Miracle Network, The Raleigh Optimist Club and several Baptist Men’s Projects.  Marc believes in his community and holds Washington to be the best!
